Made from scratch
No mixes. No shortcuts. Every batch begins with raw ingredients — butter that we brown ourselves, chocolate we chop by hand, dough we let rest overnight because we're not in a hurry.
Time — untouched.
§ Introduction
Trip's Desserts is a small-batch kitchen in the American South. Every cookie, pie, and cake is made from scratch — slow, deliberate, and stubbornly by hand.

Chapter I
The Trip's Manifesto
No mixes. No shortcuts. Every batch begins with raw ingredients — butter that we brown ourselves, chocolate we chop by hand, dough we let rest overnight because we're not in a hurry.
Time — untouched.
European butter. Belgian chocolate. Madagascar vanilla. Peaches from a farm we can name. When the ingredients are great, the dessert can't help but be great too.
Provenance — matters.
We only bake what we'd happily serve our own family. Every order is treated like it's for someone we love — because it is. This isn't marketing copy. This is the whole reason we started.
Love — the recipe.

Chapter III

Chapter V
Trip's Desserts started in a tiny kitchen — one oven, a wooden spoon, and the stubborn belief that sweet things should feel like a hug. Every dessert is still made by the same pair of hands, the same slow way.
